So we, as UMS, have made commitments to various aspects of training and education, including outside of our core business. 
  
Since 2008 we have invested in building and expanding a nursery and a school in Ethiopia, as well as in education for children and teachers. We are honored to have this incredible opportunity to make a difference, and very much enjoy the successful outcomes. 120 children now attend the nursery and 320 children attend the school.
