Privacy Policy

We take the protection of personal data and the right to informational self-determination very seriously. We naturally comply with the data privacy rules of the Federal Data Protection Act, the Telemedia Act and further relevant regulations.

Personal data is information on your person providing hints as to your identity, e.g. your name, address or phone number, but also the IP address of your computer. Information which does not provide hints as to a specific or assignable person, is not included. The contents of our web page are generally accessible without the user having to reveal his identity.
The collection, processing and use of personal data on our web page generally require your approval: you decide if you disclose any personal data to us. If personal data is collected this takes place exclusively to the extent required in order to execute the web page's function connected with that. Under no circumstances the collected data is sold or forwarded to a third party for any other reasons. Insofar as we collect personal data by our users storage takes place on our separately protected server in Germany.

Any personal data is only used for fulfilling the purpose for which we require the data, and is only accessible to persons who must have access to the data for fulfilling the purpose.

If you want to establish contact with us and fill in our contact form for this purpose we ask you for your name, first name as well as your email address so we can send you documents electronically and can answer you via email. If you want to receive our documents via mail or should you wish contact with us via phone you can give us your address and/or phone number. The data provided by you is collected, stored and used by us for dispatching the requested documents and/or the requested contact channel. The data will remain stored on our server for 3 months in order to be able to answer further queries. If there is no further contact the data will be deleted after 3 months at the latest.

We provide a Log - In on our web page for our customers which provides special information. User name and password are sent to the customer upon request via mail or email. This access data is stored separately from the customer data so that an anonymous use of the access is guaranteed.

Insofar as external companies work on our behalf - e.g. to maintain the server of the web page - these companies will be obligated in writing to comply with the privacy statement regulations.

For reasons of safety we collect and store information transmitted by your browser to us automatically in our server logfiles. Depending on the respective access protocol, these are:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • date and time of request
  • requested access method/function by the requesting computer
  • input values transmitted by the requesting computer
  • access status of the web server (file transferred, file not found, command not executed etc.)
  • name of requested fileURL from which the file and/or the desired function was requested (referrer URL)
  • browser type & version
  • operating system

This data is not assignable to the particular persons. The data will be only used for drawing up access statistics without personally identifiable information and to identify and track insufficient access attempts and access to the web server by persons authorized exclusively for this for the duration of three months and is deleted afterwards. No personal utilization will take place.
