Since December 2025, UMS has held the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, placing us among the top 1% of companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide. <\/p><p>The EcoVadis rating covers various areas of corporate sustainability, including environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. In addition, we use the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework for structuring our sustainability activities. <\/p><h5><strong>Our Climate Targets<\/strong><\/h5><p>Since 2025, the Expleo Group, of which UMS Consulting is part, has been committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Our near-term and long-term climate targets have been validated by the SBTi and are aligned with the 1.5\u00b0C pathway of the Paris Agreement. Expleo and UMS aim to achieve net-zero emissions across the entire value chain by 2040.
