Principles of lean

Principles can be worth their weight in gold. They fuse knowledge and experience to support thought and decision-making processes. Principles are the largest common denominator in a wide range of observations. They simplify communication as they contain key messages and abstract from details. Without principles, we'd have to invent the wheel over and over.

However, overplaying principles is a surefire way to be seen as a stickler or even a populist: undifferentiated, backward-looking, and not open to better things. Principles are not solutions; principles help identify potential solutions.

With due regard to the above, we're happy to share our observations and insights on how the 10 Lean Principles can be successfully applied.

Look forward to further exciting posts and small learning units connected with our whitepaper.
