Secure and develop talents through a EMEA-wide development program in logistics

Initial situation

  • A global logistics company needed support to develop its talent across the EMEA region
  • The skills shortage in logistics created a need for development opportunities for current and next-generation leaders across all business areas for the EMEA region as competition for talent increased significantly
  • The approach needed to align with the overarching 2030 strategy and its defined adaptive leadership model while integrating seamlessly with regional initiatives and including top-level leaders as sponsors for the participants
  • A development program was set up to enable talents to practice self-leadership, team-leadership, and strategic alignment
