Olin Roenpage has been Managing Director of UMS since 2016 and has extensive experience in the development and implementation of corporate strategies and global transformation programs in the retail, energy, logistics and chemicals sectors.

He advises top executives in Asia, Europe and the USA and supports them in setting the strategic course, managing implementation and change.

In 30 years as a consultant and partner, Olin has supported more than 10 listed corporations and over 40 medium-sized companies in the design and implementation of strategy, innovation, optimization and transformation processes and has made a significant contribution to achieving growth, efficiency and sustainable competitive advantages.

Olin holds a master’s degree in anthropology and economics, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified systemic coach.

When he’s not busy making customers successful, Olin enjoys riding his racing bike through Italy, walking his dog in the forest and fundraising for the Ethiopian NGO Finks Hawzien to provide children with an education.
