Corporate Social Responsibility Approach

Social, societal, and environmental responsibility is deeply rooted in the way we work within our focus fields and presents a crucial contribution to our company's performance and success. ​

We support the ten principles of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, which provide us with a practical direction that helps drive our business approach.​ By integrating these principles into our daily work, we actively contribute to achieving a positive impact on our society and the environment.

We use the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework to demonstrate our contribution to sustainability.

Since 2025, the Expleo Group, including UMS Consulting, has been officially committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The Group’s short- and long-term climate targets have been validated by the SBTi and are aligned with the Paris Agreement’s 1.5 °C trajectory. Together, Expleo and UMS pursue the goal of achieving net-zero emissions across the entire value chain by 2040.

Further we are proud to be a partner of EcoVadis, the world's largest provider of business sustainability ratings. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is based on four key pillars: ​

Our Human Rights Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct provide a binding framework for these expectations. Both policies outline our commitment to respecting internationally recognized human rights, ensuring fair working conditions, protecting the environment, and fostering integrity throughout the entire value chain.
