Securing and developing talent through an EMEA-wide program in logistics

Initial situation

  • A global logistics company needed support to develop its talent in the DACH region and the UK market
  • The shortage of skilled workers in logistics required further training prospects, as competition for talent increased sharply
  • The approach had to be aligned with the overarching strategy and the evolving leadership model and linked to regional initiatives
  • A talent program was set up to enable future managers to meet the new job requirements
