Dr. Amir H. Mousavi combines top management experience with scientific excellence. His work focuses on major transformations, strategy and turnaround programs. Whether as the former head of corporate development for a Swiss industrial group, as head of performance and change programs for a leading global logistics group, as a designated university professor for quality and lean management, as an investor or consultant: the certified negotiator and experienced manager reconciles the conflicting interests of project participants and involves them in finding solutions. In this way, problems are successfully prioritized and analysed, sustainable results are achieved and optimizations are carried out efficiently – to the benefit of the companies and the people working there.

Amir holds a PhD in Engineering from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and degrees from RWTH Aachen University in Mechanical Engineering, Steinbeis University in Business & Engineering and FU Berlin in Computer Science.

In his spare time, Amir is passionate about watches and accompanies students on research projects.
