Frank Oliver Rill is responsible for UMS’s Heavy Industries value stream and is a thought leader in bridging strategic vision with operational execution.

Frank advises multi-national clients at board level across industries such as metals, engineering, chemicals and food.

His improvement expertise focuses on strategic transformation, supply chain redesign, go-to-market strategy and commercial excellence.

Prior to joining UMS, Frank worked for Novelis Zurich, the world leader in Aluminum rolling and recycling, where he was responsible for global lithographic and foil stock, subsequently directing the Supply Chain Management area.

Frank holds an MBA from Goethe University in Frankfurt, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is a certified and experienced TOC and Lean Practitioner.

When he is not working, Frank enjoys playing guitar and piano, supports his local football club and coaches children’s tennis and handball teams.
