Olin Roenpage has been Managing Director of UMS since 2016. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing corporate strategies, as well as in global transformation initiatives in retail, energy, logistics, and chemical industries.

He advises leaders in Asia, Europe, and the USA in strategic decision-making, steering delivery and driving change.

In over 30 years as a consultant and partner, Olin has supported more than 10 DAX-listed corporations and over 40 medium-sized companies in designing and implementing strategies, as well as innovation, optimization, and transformation processes. He has played a key role in driving growth, efficiency, and sustainable competitive advantages.

Olin holds a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology and Economics, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified systemic coach.

Outside of work, Olin enjoys cycling through Italy on his racer, walking his dog in the forest and fundraising for the Ethiopian NGO Finks Hawzien, providing children with access to better education.
