Sabine von Hanstein is Managing Director of UMS. She combines a clear view of the essentials with the knowledge of how to actively shape the change processes required in a transformation.

She has extensive experience in sales, marketing, human resources, leadership and project management. In the respective projects, Sabine is a strong partner in all topics related to change, leadership and cultural management. Her clear track record is based on understanding both the factual framework conditions and the human, “soft” factors of change. Consulting and training, also in an international context, are the basis for imparting the necessary knowledge, which is then deepened and made sustainably usable for those involved.
